Large room for vacation and work, North Sea

Hello dear guests, Welcome to my home on the North Sea coast. The entire first floor of my house consists of your room with guest toilet, so you have your privacy. On the ground floor there is a shower and bathtub for shared use. The kitchen and terrace are at your disposal. Feel free to make yourself comfortable in the garden, enjoy the tranquility and the unobstructed view of nature. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Linens and towels are included. The space Your living/sleeping/working space is located directly under the roof and is very large (35 square meters). The room covers the entire first floor and is therefore separate and separated from the other living areas. Your privacy is thus absolutely guaranteed. There are 2 sleeping areas, or 1 sleeping and a living area. A wardrobe with hangers and TV complete the whole thing. A large desk offers the possibility for home office. Many windows provide good light. A small bathroom is located right next to your room for your exclusive use. You will have 2 spacious sleeping areas separated by a curtain plus a wardrobe. The 2nd bed can be converted into a sofa. A large desk with daylight through many skylights ensures optimal working conditions. A spacious, cozy room awaits you in absolute privacy. Guest access Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with the usual appliances and utensils and is shared. Bathrooms The bathroom with tub and shower is available for you to share. Adjacent to your room, you have your own small bathroom. Garden and terrace Outside you can make yourself comfortable on the terrace with a large garden and wide unobstructed views of nature. Bike A bicycle is available for a fee of €7.00/day. If you are there with your own bike, then you can safely store it in a safely in a shed. Separate entrance You have a separate entrance, as the front door is only used by you alone. During your stay Availability I am available to you via email contact. You can call me too. Check-in I'd be happy to welcome you in person. If this is not organizationally possible, I will leave the key. Other things to note Parking There is a private parking space available for you on my property right in front of the house.
