The cottage is spacious, quiet and private. Set in the grounds of the owners house, you have a private parking space, private front door and access to fields and land a few steps from your doorstep. There is a fitted kitchen with oven, microwave and air fryer for your convenience. The loving room has a sofa bed and a wood burning stove supplied with a bundle of logs and kindling to get you started. (further logs available on request at £7 a bundle). Upstairs there is s generous bedroom with a king size bed and a newly refurbished bathroom. There is a dedicated work space set on the landing for home working. Guest access Access to acres of fields, Orchards and woodland for walking and relaxing. Guests can access the property from the gated driveway. The cottage has its own private entrance. During your stay you will have a fob to open the gate. Parking Spaces are located at the cottage. Other things to note Heating is by way of electric heaters which are very efficient at providing generous heat to all rooms. we would ask that you consider the environment by not leaving the heater son constant when you go out. The controls are easily set to timed so you can have a warm cottage when you return. There is also a log fired stove which will adequately provide extra heat in the colder months. A basket of logs, kindling and matches are provided for your stay. Further logs are available at £7 a basket.
