The space Greek/English The house is located in a very quiet part of the village and is protected from the summer heat thanks to the stream. The room has its own bathroom and 2 large balconies. 100 meters from the beach of Milina with various restaurants and cafes. The house is ideally located in a very quiet spot, protected from the summer temperatures by the ever cooling effect of the stream right outside. The rooms come with a private bathroom and 2 balconies. And just 100m from the seafront and all the restaurants and cafes. Guest access Greek /English The main entrance is shared and serves both floors of the house. Upstairs are the two rooms we offer. The upper floor has its own private bathroom, as well as its own verandas which you can use for your breakfast, coffee or whatever else you wish. Each of the two rooms is equipped with a smart TV (43-inch in room 2) with Netflix and Amazon Prime Movies (connection only with your own pre-existing subscription). The living room on the first floor is not common and for use, but its use is only allowed for access to the rooms on the upper floor. Other things to note It is possible to wash your clothes free of charge by a company upon request. Finally, the house is decorated with furniture and objects that are authentic antiques. They look old because they are! But that doesn't mean they're not clean. Rooms and common areas are professionally cleaned before each arrival and additionally weekly. Please remember that we are in nature, next to the ravine and between the trees, so leaving the windows open, some dust is inevitable. The cost of replacing keys is €40 We have a washing machine and we can do laundry for you free of charge after arrangement. 43" TV comes with NETFLIX and Amazon Prime Movies and is located in one of the rooms. Finally, please be considerate of other guests' and our privacy and peace. Watching cable TV is one of our offered amenities, but please be aware of how loud it may be in such a quiet place and try to use subtitles and/or keep the volume low after 11:00 p.m. in order to not disturb other guests or your hosts. Please remember that you are booking someone's house and not a hotel room where such things might not matter, so please be reasonable. Failure to comply may result in your booking being canceled. Please may we kindly ask that you keep in mind that this is a house made exclusively with antique furniture, that looks old (that's because it actually is), but gets thoroughly and professionally cleaned before each arrival weekly as well.
