Chickens offer you fresh eggs. The space The house features a huge lounge full of comfy sofas with large dining table. Doors lead out from here to the pool on one side and to a country garden on the other with fruit trees, chickens and small potager for you to help yourself to whatever's there! There is a terrace with BBQ too. A huge fig tree for you to relax under and hammock for your afternoon siesta. Then other side leads to the pool area and with 10 x 5m pool completely secluded. Terrace with pergola, lots of tables and chairs , sunbeds, BBQ and Pizza oven.Everything you need for 'Al fresco' dining! Beyond the lounge you will find the 'piece de resistance'! The Cinema room/Bar complete with projector and Netflix, JBL party box speaker, Karaoke system, strobe and laser lighting and smoke machine. This provides enormous fun for all the family from children to grandparents, a great time to be had by all ! From the hall you will find a downstairs 'wet room' and toilet with doors out to the pool. Handy for a shower after your swim. From there you will come to the enormous country kitchen with 'Lacanche' range featuring a built in fryer. Old copper pans alongside plenty of cooking pots and every piece of equipement you could possibly need to create your gastronomic feast make this a completely original experience. There is a sweet little seating area / veranda where you can relax and chat to the chef with view onto the pool and a little breakfast table for your morning coffee. Upstairs you will find the family bathroom with spa bath and 4 large double bedrooms , 3 with shower and w.h.b., 2 with an additional single bed. The 5th bedroom or ' suite parentale' has a luxurious en-suite with shower, toilet and dressing room, complete with treadmill. The pergola by the pool provides an enchanting spot for breakfast , lunch or dinner complete with bar, fairy lights music system and pool light . A very special place to make lasting memories! Guest access This property is rented as an entire house with private pool. Other things to note Please let me remind you thet our sanitation system cannot tolerate any hygiene products or lingettes 'wipes' being flushed down the toilet. This will immediately cause a malfunction of the pump with disasterous results and loss of your entire deposit. Normal use and flushing of toilet paper presents no problem whatsoever as any normal system. Please make sure you inform all your party of this regulation to avoid any problems. Thank you.
