This spacious 2-level home has 2 BR, 1.5 bathrooms, outdoor space and a completely private townhouse entrance. The new furnishings and comfortable beds make this place a real home away from home in the best location in downtown Vancouver with easy, walk able access to all the city has to offer. Quiet street and private entrance for ultimate relaxation in best location making it perfect for long term stay! Bedroom #1: King bed ** please note, no longer trundle bed in this room, just the king bed and a sitting area ** Bedroom #2: Queen bed Families traveling with little ones: I have a Pack n' Play, high chair, and stair-gate as well as I can bring in a twin rollaway bed available on request :) ☆ Highlights: - Private townhouse entrance w/ Keyless entry - Fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities you can think of incl. Nespresso Machine, pots, pans, spices, oils, etc. - full size LG washer/dryer - High end and comfortable beds & bedding - 2 Smart TVs (NO CABLE) - Location, location, location! - Amazing location, center of city yet quiet and serene. Easy access to all Vancouver has to offer and surrounding areas, including Whistler and North Shore mountains. Best location in whole city. Ideal for families or couples, or business groups staying for long term. ** Parking: We have one reserved underground spot that will be given to guests during their time. The designated spot is accessible from inside the building through back exit or through the alley street behind the building and a 2 minute (outdoor) walk to the apartment front door. Best for medium sized vehicle. For example, will be tough with a large truck or SUV! Garage is underground. Important Rules to Note: - NON-SMOKING (inside & out) - NO PARTIES. This is a residential neighborhood and absolutely not ideal for those looking to throw parties! - Please be respectful of my neighbors and the area. It is beautiful place to live and we want to keep it that way! - Fireplace is NOT a functioning fireplace, so no fires inside please and thank you! Guest access Access: The townhouse has its own access from the street and is completely stand alone from the rest of the apartment building. For this reason you will not have access to the rest of the building and neither will you need it! Anything you need is in the apartment and parking can be accessed by 2 minute outdoor walk to the back alley :) Other things to note - Construction: The area is typically really quiet, however, like most of Vancouver depending on if there is a project going on, there may be construction related noise during the day! In case that it interferes with mid day naps I leave earplugs just in case! It is rarely an issue but something to be aware of :) - Layout: There are 5 stairs to front door of townhouse and then 10 stairs between the levels. The front door opens to upper level of the living area (kitchen, living room, laundry room, 0.5 bath). The bedrooms and main bath are downstairs at ground level. - Bathrooms: 1.5 bathrooms --> One full bath with bathtub/shower downstairs & other bathroom is a half bathroom/powder room with toilet & sink only upstairs. - Building: This is not a new high rise! Instead, this unit is in an older, 4 story low-rise building where you can literally smell the roses 30 seconds from your front door! While the building is a bit outdated from the outside, the unit itself is newly renovated in 2017. There are only 18 units in the building. - Cleanings & Supplies: This is a long term rental so will start off with all the basics you need! Any restocking of supplies I'll leave up to guests! There are all basic cleaning supplies you may need and I can arrange cleaners during your stay at their cost if you want professional cleanings :) - NO AC! AC is not standard in Vancouver because we barely ever need it! For those who do like it hot/cold, each room has heat controls & fans. - Must be 21 at time of stay to book! Sorry! - Non-smoking! - Sorry, no pets - Fireplace is non functioning, just for show, so no fires :)
