The spacious holiday home can accommodate up to 12 people. The house has all the modern comforts to make you feel completely at home and give you the full 5-star experience in a luxurious setting. The space Entrance: Entry with cloakroom and toilet. At the cloakroom there are 10 house umbrellas, 4 lanterns and 2 shoe spoons. The toilet has a waste bin, one toilet brush, perfume holder, soap dispenser and small towels. The information desk is equipped with a computer, wireless keyboard, wireless mouse, a printer and two info brochure holders to place information screens. Kitchen, utility room, lounge and dining area: The kitchen contains two fridges, two dishwasher, two microwave ovens, two hot air ovens, 1 wine cooler, cooking surface, service with wine glasses, pots, pans,.. in short, nothing is missing. The utility room contains one freezer, washing machine, drying cabinet, iron, ironing board, numerous kitchen appliances... The country house has a spacious living room with oak table and 14 chairs, a large salon, large TV with home cinema from SONOS Bedrooms & bathrooms: Landhuis Groenenburg has six bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The bedrooms have box spring beds; 3 beds of 180x210, 2 beds of 160x210 and one bed of twice 90x210 (two beds against each other with separate mattresses). Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and air conditioning system. The bathrooms are always equipped with step-in shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, set of two cups, floor mats,... Bathroom two has an extra bathtub. Bed and bath linen are included. Polyvalent area: This room features one TV, Playstation4 with two controllers, Wii play console with two controllers, 1 professional pool table, 1 digital piano on tripod, 1 dartboard, various board games (see inventory list) and puzzles. Outside: Jacuzzi, sauna, sitting area with gas fireplace, outdoor kitchen with sink, barbecue, double fryer, table fridge and ice block machine, large patio table with 14 chairs, TwinStore sun blinds, outdoor toilet with toilet, sink, mirror, heated swimming pool, covered terrace with a lounge set, pallet stove, table and chairs… There is also a pirate castle for the little ones, a petanque court, a table tennis table, a badminton net. At the back, we also find a large table with 14 chairs. Under the carport there is a storage room where all kinds of outdoor games can be found. Parking: The parking is provided for seven cars on the premises. At the parking, there is a bicycle shed, gas tank and dumpster. Other things to note The swimming pool is heated from April to September.
