Come for a winter adventure full of downhill skiing, riding or x-country touring. Stay for the local breweries, distilleries, restaurants and antique stores. Or just relax at the farm, watch us milk the cows or cook up some delicious farm raised food for dinner. Well behaved dogs are welcome anytime! The space The meadow cottage is full of natural light with great views out every window. Inside there is a comfortable living space with a futon that pulls out for extra guests. The kitchen has a gas stove and a small fridge and is stocked with pots, pans and all the cooking utensils you need to make a delicious meal. The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a composting toilet. There is a steep ladder/stairs that takes you up to the sleeping loft, complete with a comfy queen size bed. Guest access Guest have access to the whole cottage, the space around it and the pond. The pond is spring-fed and perfect for a summer swim. We've got a selection of floaties and noodles in the barn by the pond that guests are welcome to use. We also have a few fishing rods available for catching the bass in the pond. Not to mention our herd of Jersey cows, happily grazing in our lush green pastures. There is a fire circle near the pond. Other things to note We raise our own organic, grass-fed beef on the farm so if you are interested in purchasing any meat during your stay or to take home with you please let us know.
