Spacious home / 35 Foot Pool/Patio on park

Great 4 bedroom 2.5 bath,. 35 foot pool home with covered patio backed up to a beautiful park!! 2 story home.(stairs) Close to airport, amusement parks, restaurants, downtown, stadium and shopping. Parking in driveway. (3 to 4 cars max.) Please know pool is not heated. Also we do not accept pets. No parties or large gatherings are allowed . No motorcycles, campers, RVs or boats allowed. Only 2- 4 night stays. 4-5 day guests only. Garage NOT for use. Thank you for respecting our rules & home! The space Warm, cozy and feels like home!😊 2000 square feet 2 stories plus a big covered porch for eating, grilling and lounging by 35 foot pool with rafts, noodles, masks, floats, towels etc. backed up to beautiful trees for privacy in a park for walking, tennis, basketball or playground. Please note: We are "out of sight" behind gate right of house in a small cottage separate of house. There is a fence and studio in back separating us and blocking any view of the cottage. We give everyone privacy and will probably not see you unless there is a problem or you need anything. This is a residential neighborhood and we want to respect our neighbors. Also the garage is off limits to guests. Only for your trash. Please do not open or close it. Thank you! Guest access Guests have access to the entire place and the pool!! Other things to note Down the street you can jump on the Expressway to the airport, downtown or wherever you need to go quickly. Please note our house does not accommodate the elderly or handicapped.
