This relaxing and spacious three-storey apartment is perfect for up to 4 guests and is located just short walk away from the crystal-clear beaches of the South of Mallorca. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and 1 toilet and multiple terraces to enjoy your morning coffee. Within a short walk away you will find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and local tours so there is something available for everyone! The space This large and fully-furnished apartment is one of two similar apartments with a private rooftop terrace. It the ideal seaside escape for a family or group of friends. On entry, you will be welcomed into a open plan living and dining area where can spend time watching TV, use the free WiFi or enjoy your meals together at the four-seater dining table or on the balcony. The living area is bright and includes a storage cupboard under the staircase, coffee table and sofa bed to accommodate an extra guest. Cook your meals in the kitchen including a stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and cooking utensils. For your convenience, there is a bathroom with a mirror, toilet and basin. There is a washing machine on the groundfloor too. There is also a terrace at this level. Up a flight of stairs, you will find two bedrooms to relax in after a long day exploring the town. The room with the double bed has a terrace too. The rooms will be slightly different depending on the apartment. In one apartment: 2 Bedrooms: One with a double bed and another with two single beds (trundle bed) In another apartment: 2 Bedrooms: One with a double bed and another with a bunk bed (2 single beds) On the same floor, you'll find a bathroom with a mosaic-tiled shower, toilet, basin and mirror. All rooms include a lamp, aircon and cupboards and one of the rooms (the one with single beds) has a staircase leading to the outdoor rooftop. This unique and private rooftop terrace is the perfect place to bask in the sunshine on the sun lounger and appreciate the panoramic views of the surrounding neighbourhood. Guest access - The apartment is located on the first floor and is spread over three floors: Living room floor (first floor) Bedrooms floor (second floor) Rooftop terrace on the third floor - All floors are accessed by stairs only. Other things to note -Air conditioning and heating is available, in the living room and in all the bedrooms. -Cots and high chairs available on request. -Parking: public, you can park in the streets near the apartment, without having to pay, the blue line is free throughout the town. -There is an additional payment for municipal tax. Between May to October, the cost is 2 Euros per adult / night, until the eighth night; from the ninth night it is 1 Euro per adult / night. Other months: 0.50 Euros per adult / night until the eighth night; 0.25 adult / night from the ninth night. Any person 16 years of age or older is considered an adult in relation to the payment of the tourist tax.
