This relaxing and spacious three-storey apartment is perfect for up to 4 guests and is located just short walk away from the crystal-clear beaches of the South of Mallorca. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and 1 toilet and multiple terraces to enjoy your morning coffee. Within a short walk away you will find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and local tours so there is something available for everyone! The space This listing is for 2 apartments that are practically the same, the only difference is in the distribution of the beds: In one apartment: 2 Bedrooms: One with a double bed and one with two single beds (trundle bed) In another apartment: 2 Bedrooms: One with a double bed and one with a bunk bed (2 single beds) The first floor, when you enter the apartment, is composed of a bright living room, toilet, kitchen and terrace. Under the staircase to the second floor, there is a storage closet. In the living room there is a sofa bed to accommodate an additional guest. Cook your meals in the kitchen, which includes a stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and cooking utensils. For your convenience, there is a bathroom with a mirror, toilet and sink. There is also a terrace on this level overlooking Estanys Street. (The laundry room is on the ground floor). Going up the stairs, you will find two bedrooms to unwind after a long day exploring the city. The bedroom with a double bed also has a terrace. The rooms will be slightly different depending on the apartment, as we have described above. On this floor you will also find a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and mirror with mosaic tiles. All rooms include a lamp, air conditioning and closets and one of the rooms (the one with single beds) has a staircase leading to the outdoor roof terrace. This unique and private rooftop terrace is the perfect place to sunbathe on the lounger and appreciate the panoramic views of the surrounding neighborhood. Guest access - The apartment is located on the first floor and is spread over three floors: Living room floor (first floor) Bedrooms floor (second floor) Rooftop terrace on the third floor - All floors are accessed by stairs only. Other things to note -Air conditioning and heating is available, in the living room and in all the bedrooms. -Cots and high chairs available on request. -Parking: public, you can park in the streets near the apartment, without having to pay, the blue line is free throughout the town. -There is an additional payment for municipal tax. Between May to October, the cost is 2 Euros per adult / night, until the eighth night; from the ninth night it is 1 Euro per adult / night. Other months: 0.50 Euros per adult / night until the eighth night; 0.25 adult / night from the ninth night. Any person 16 years of age or older is considered an adult in relation to the payment of the tourist tax.
