On the upper floor of the house are two apartments. The lower area is inhabited by the landlord. The apartment is fully equipped: living/bedroom, a separate bedroom, kitchenette, dining area, bathroom/toilet, balcony, coffee machine, kettle, TV, Wi-Fi. Bed and table linen as well as toiletries are freely available to you. Dogs allowed. The space The center and the lake are within a few minutes' walk. There are beautiful viewpoints and walking paths in the green in the surrounding area. A stream and a public sidewalk are in front of the house. Tennis courts, climbing garden, archery range or parcours as well as a soccer field in the immediate vicinity (five) minutes' walk. The Wörthersee plusCard is also included in the price. It is great for young and old to take advantage of numerous discounts around Lake Wörthersee. Animal-friendly house. Dogs welcome and allowed. Guest access The lower area is used privately. There are two apartments on the upper floor. Guest has their own apartment.... Their area is lockable and they have the apartment to themselves..... Shared main entrance.
