'Notre Villa de Floride' is in a calm residence with a beautiful deck and large private pool. There is a residential tennis court. The location is quiet. The neighborhood is charming. The villa is close enough to highways to go quickly everywhere and far enough from all roads not to be disturbed by their noises. All the bedrooms are spacious enough for everyone. The large terrace and the pool are south-facing and far away from neighbors. The pool can be heated at an additional cost. It's a pleasure to eat breakfast or dinner on the patio. The supermarkets and many restaurants are closed. Description: A fully equipped kitchen: oven, hob, large fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and utensils. Four bedrooms • 1 Master room with a King bed, TV, DVD player, private bathroom (shower and corner bath), dressing, direct access to the deck with the pool, • A spacious bedroom with a Queen bed, TV, • two bedrooms with two twin beds, TV, the color of lamps change 2 Bathrooms and 2 WC A Lounge/dining room with a large table, two sofas, TV, internet ... A large terrace with a swimming pool covered by a mosquito net, a large table, eight chairs. All rooms are equipped with a fan and air conditioning. Games room: pool table, air hockey, darts ... Laundry: washing machine and dryer. At your disposal: stroller, high chair, baby bed, hair dryer, iron ... Heated pool on request with additional cost.
