Small new wooden chalet-style house with a living room with sofa bed and kitchen area, shower room and toilet, bedroom upstairs. Ideal for a couple or small family The large garden is accessible all year round to complete this little cocoon 4 km separate you from the shops and you will be close to the tourist sites of the department (Charleville, lake, hikes, Meuse valley...) A visit is a must! The space Small, cozy, and welcoming house equipped for 4 people. The upstairs bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed (made up for sleeping only upon request BEFORE arrival, ideal for a child). Upon request BEFORE arrival, we can provide a travel cot and a high chair. The living room has a sofa bed (made up as a bed only upon request BEFORE arrival and for an additional €5 if the reservation is for 2 people only) and a TV. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, stovetop, kettle, toaster, Senseo machine, and basic dishes for quick meals. OPTIONAL TOWELS (€5 for 2, to be paid on site) We do NOT allow pets. The large garden will invite you to relax, and children can run around and play there. The shade of the walnut tree will be ideal for hot summer days and the garden furniture will be perfect for aperitifs! A gas griddle is available for your grilling needs. Free parking is available right next to the accommodation. A small, enclosed space will allow you to store your bikes.
