Small air-conditioned chalet-style wooden house comprising a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, a shower room and toilet, and a bedroom upstairs. Ideal for a couple or small family. The large garden is accessible all year round to complement this little haven. You are 4 km from shops and close to the department's tourist attractions (Charleville, lake, hikes, Meuse Valley, etc.). A visit is a must! The space Small, warm and cozy house equipped for 4 people. The upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed and a single sofa bed (prepared as a bed only upon request BEFORE arrival; ideal for a child). Upon request BEFORE arrival, we can provide a baby bed and a highchair. The living room has a sofa bed (prepared as a bed only on request BEFORE arrival and with a €5 surcharge if the booking is only for 2 people) and a TV. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, stovetop, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, and basic dishes for quick cooking. For your comfort, the house is equipped with air conditioning. Please use it sensibly. OPTIONAL TOWELS (€5 for 2, to be paid on site) We do NOT allow pets. The large garden invites you to relax, and children can run and play there. The shade of the walnut tree will be ideal on hot summer days, and the garden furniture will be perfect for apéritifs after a sunbathing session on the deckchairs! A gas grill is available for your barbecues. A free parking space is available right next to the property. A small, enclosed room will allow you to store your bikes.
