Currently, The Construction Of A New Building Is Takiing Place In The Area, Which May Lead To Noise During Working Hours And Weekdays. The apartment has two bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, its own private terrace and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower; the second bedroom has twin beds and a balcony overlooking the Mar Menor sea. There is a family bathroom with bathtub and an independent fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and galley area with washing machine. The whole apartment is equipped with new aircon units and high speed internet with fibre optic. Playa Príncipe is one of the most valued developments in La Manga, because of its location and quality, and has a lovely front line pool that is normally open from May to October. 2024 open from May to mid-October. Located very close to the Tomás Maestre Marina, an area full of bars, restaurants, shops and a big Supermarket (Supercor) next to who a streetmarket takes place every Saturday morning. Less than 5 minutes walking distance there is a Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and footbal courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views, all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates...
