Description
This home is secluded, yet 6 minutes to town. Come and enjoy fresh air and stars at night . This is a spacious tiny home with high quality interior furnishings and high ceilings. Two tv's, one electric fireplace, hot tub, two mini-split ductless air con/heater units. The space A beautiful forest setting where you can hear birds all around, see bright red cardinals as well as deer and the occasional bald eagle or red fox. Tiny home is surrounded by trees for privacy. If you've never stayed in a "tiny home cabin", you'll be shocked how roomy and comfy this is. Come enjoy your private forest hide-away, yet very close to town. The kitchen is surprisingly large with a four burner stove, full size oven, large microwave and full size fridge/freezer with ice maker. There are ample supplies for cooking, plates, cups, bowls, etc. Plenty of towels. The loft is almost like it's own private space (kinda like a tree house for the kids). Stairs (not ladder) to the loft. Loft has a queen memory foam mattress and a twin memory foam mattress, overhead light and place to store luggage. The loft windows look out on the tree canopy. The hot tub is steps from the cabin and in a clearing so you can see the stars at night, have the fireflies around you in the summer, yet secluded and private. (my husband told me to write that part.) We invested in high end memory foam mattresses for the king bed and the queen and twin bed as well as a luxuriously soft and comfy velvety blue sofa. Two tv's--one in the bedroom and one in the family room. Both are 43" LG smart roku tv's. There are also two mini-split ductless aircon/heater units so you can close the door to your bedroom and choose the temp that you want. Really cool exterior lights at night and a comfy and private covered porch. There is enough parking for 2 vehicles at the tiny home cabins. Guests can enjoy the unique location to all things Boone! Guest access The entire cabin and surrounding area are yours to enjoy. Other things to note If you're bringing a pet, please know that there are no leash laws in our area. There are some neighborhood dogs. ALL are friendly and you may see them during your walks in the area. We've provided a small gate that you can put in front of the porch entrance to block your pet (or kiddos) on the porch. We've had the hot tub break once (due to a guest that mis-used it) in the entire history of the tiny home cabin. We started renting it in July of 2019. That said, should the hot tub break, there is no refund on your stay. We endeavor to keep it in great working order, but accidents happen and repairmen are swamped in our area, so it can take some time to get repairs done. Because we have 100% occupancy it's important that guests wipe feet and remove lotions before entering or water will become cloudy. In the winter, especially, there is not time to empty and refill b4 the next guests. Please, please be clean b4 entering and no eating in the hot tub.
