Gîte in the heart of the Normandy countryside

In the heart of the Normandy countryside, Alice and Paul welcome you to their property where you will enjoy a completely independent 50 m² gîte furnished on the first floor of an outbuilding distributed as follows: - Entrance; - Main room living room-kitchen; - 2 Bedrooms; - Shower room; - Separate toilet. All in the middle of 4.5 hectares of greenery lined with meadows where horses and cows graze. The space In this home, you will find everything you need to make yourself at home. You will find on site: - An entrance - A staircase of about fifteen steps (2 quarter turns). On request, we can install a protective barrier for children. - A living room with a sofa and TV. (Wi-Fi and internet with RJ45 cable) - A kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven/microwave, dishwasher, induction stove, kettle, coffee maker. - A bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), built-in closets and a desk with chair; - A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) with built-in closets; - Two parking spaces; - An outdoor area with garden furniture, a barbecue and a swing set for children. The garden is not fenced but our garden is quite far from the road. Guest access The entire property is accessible to you. The garden area is shared but you have a dedicated place to rest. You have access to our children's games (trampoline, treehouse, swings, monkey bars), as well as the paths that go around the horse meadows. At our place, there is life: dogs that enjoy the garden freely, children who run everywhere… in short, it's lively! Our dogs are nice (and our kids too), but they can sometimes be a bit intrusive, especially with people who prefer tranquility. If you're afraid of dogs (or it's complicated with your pet), let us know! We can arrange it so our dogs don't run into you. Other things to note Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. We offer a cleaning fee for the end of stay (30 euros). If you wish, please specify this when booking. Otherwise, please consider that cleaning is your responsibility. We provide household products as well as a vacuum cleaner, bucket and mop. Bedroom #1 (blue) has a blackout curtain for the large window. There is just a small triangle window without a curtain. Bedroom #2 (green) has a blackout curtain for the large window as well as a blind for the velux. So it is completely concealable.
