Cozy, bright 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor with magnificent mountain views. The house is centrally located, in a good residential area in Partenkirchen. Restaurants, supermarkets and hiking trails (cross-country ski trail and ski slopes in winter) are very close. The valley station of the Hausbergbahn cable car can be reached within 15 minutes by foot. Start an unforgettable vacation from the doorstep! The space The spacious apartment consists of a large living/dining room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a dressing room and a very well equipped kitchen. You can enjoy the mountain view from the living room and bedroom during breakfast and dinner. Both rooms have access to the sunny balcony. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a detached house and is equipped for 4 people. 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children can easily be accommodated. For more children, please contact us. We can also provide more cribs by arrangement. Please understand that smoking is not allowed in the apartment or on the balcony. The smoke also drifts from there into the house and this is very unpleasant for us and all subsequent guests. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and on the balcony! During major sporting events, such as the New Year's ski jumping, parking must be done in side streets, as the street in front of the house then becomes the rescue route. A parking space on the premises can be rented on request and subject to availability for €20 per day. The free Internet has the normal Telekom bandwidth and is therefore not suitable for streaming or TV. The TV has satellite reception exclusively via Astra. Therefore, it is not possible to receive, for example, Arabic, Russian or Turkish channels.
