The rustic holiday home on the sunny slope

Küblis in the beautiful Prättigau is the starting point for many summer and winter activities. In summer ideal for hiking, biking, trips by car, post bus or train. In winter, the ski areas of Klosters and Davos are at the door. Our house is just as good for just relaxing and doing nothing. On the garden seat you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Prättigau mountains. Küblis is part of the tourism destination Davos / Klosters and offers many attractive advantages with the guest card. The house Stutz is a semi-detached house and is located on the sunny slope above Küblis (804 m), about 800 m from the village center. The part of the house on the left offers 3 bedrooms, one with separate access via the shared staircase. The train station is about 1200m away. In summer you can reach the house directly by car and there are two parking spaces available. The steep driveway is not suitable for vans or buses. In winter there is parking in the village and the house can be reached in about 10-15 minutes on foot.
