The space At the end of the estate is the Bougainvillea Villa, which in its 60m2 square meters with a visible wooden traditional roof has a bedroom with a double handmade iron bed, a small toilet with a mirror and a very large wardrobe. It also has a second bedroom with three single beds, two iron and one wooden with a large wardrobe. Comfortable living room with a built-in sofa that can accommodate one more guest. It is comfortable to accommodate up to 6 people. Its kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Its bathroom has a shower cabin and hot water. There is air conditioning and a TV with satellite channels. It has a private terrace overlooking the sea, covered with a brand new awning with a large dining table as well as a small Bbq and sunbeds for guests. The fenced garden has its own entrance. The huge pines generously give their shade, and the view is magnificent.
