Villa Elia

Our house is a spacious maisonette of a modern neoclassical architecture, with wooden floors and feel like home ambience. Our guests can profit from large verandas, a standalone porch in the garden and enjoy panoramic views of the olive tree fields spreading and the sea horizon. The house haws a fully equipped kitchen, a dining space and a cosy living room. The sleeping departments are located in the second floor and are accessed internally through a beautiful wooden staircase. The space The house is in walking distance from the beach (15 minutes walk) and several amenities, however we do recommend the use of a car. There is a mini market 200 meters from the property while our guests can find a big supermarket, shops, restaurants, cafeterias, pharmacies, a fitness gym and medical infirmary . The closest beach has facilities which include sunbeds, umbrellas and a beach bar offering snacks and refreshments. The airport is 20 minutes away by car, while the touristic site of Poseidon temple at Sounio offering outstanding views and idyllic sunsets is as close as half an our ride.
