This seaside holiday home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6: Property layout – Ground floor: - Open living room with wood burning stove, comfortable sofa & modern appliances - Dining room - Kitchen area - Bedroom 1: double ensuite with shower sleeping 2 - Bedroom 2: double sleeping 2 - Family bathroom with overhead shower. Property layout – First floor: - Bedroom 3: twin sleeping 2 Wifi is available at the property. The tennis courts onsite have been resurfaced and are now available to our guests. Local Area & Tourist Attractions Brittas Bay has been awarded the ‘European Union Blue Flag several times. This beautiful 5km stretch of sand and sand dunes, is designated as a Special Area of Conservation. Close by is D Store Daybreak which is open all year around or Excell Stop & Shop/BB Mini Market which is open during the summer months. Bay Cafe is a well-known café located beside D Store, this popular café serves delicious homemade dishes and sells fresh sourdough bread daily. Heating and Electricity: Depending on the location of your booking, a non-refundable Utility Contribution of €40 may apply. If applicable, this charge is paid with your holiday balance and will appear in your payment breakdown. If no Utility Contribution is shown on your booking, we recommend contacting our call centre to confirm how utility charges are applied, as this can vary by location. If the €40 Utility Contribution has been charged, any additional utility costs will be handled in one of the following ways: • Paid locally to the Owner or Property Manager. Please check with them directly, as the calculation method varies by property. • Pay As You Go electricity meter. The €40 will be credited to the meter on the first day of your stay, and you will need to top up the meter as required during your stay. Please note that gas or oil charges, where applicable, are always payable locally based on usage and are not included in the amount paid at the time of booking. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property. 3. Towels: Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).
