The river which shelters a great many aquatic creatures such as hippo and crocodiles is also a haven for the many antelope species, elephant and the inevitable carnivores found in these parts. Care should be taken at all times in our Reserve and Camp, about the presence of Crocodile, Hippos, Elephants as well as all predators (Lion, Leopard and Hyena) that can be present at all times. For bird lovers, the abundance of water and giant trees, harbour a wide variety of birds.
