Heath Farm - Holiday Home, Ropsley

Heath farm is situated in the heart of the Lincolnshire countryside surrounded by open fields and farm land. The house is classically decorated with a stunning courtyard and a drive way to rival any country manor. The space The layout of the house is in two half’s separated by the grand dining room. There are 5 main bed rooms on one side and two suites on the other. Suit one has two bedrooms, one bathroom on two levels. Suit two has its own entrance to the courtyard with one en suit bedroom. A fourth bed room on this side of the house is another in en-suite with two singles. There is a downstairs accessible shower room near the boot room and three other toilets around the house. The country kitchen has a classic aga, electric cooker and family sized table for the perfect meal time. The grand dinning room is for those more special celebrations with enough seating for all your guests, the table set by candlelight and the wood fire burning on cold winter nights. A catering kitchen is attached to allow you to choose have service or home cooked meals. The courtyard is picturesque and would suit any family celebration or summer soirée. While the green spaces surrounding the house can allow for total peace and relaxation or hold the perfect back drop for any wedding reception or marquee. Guest access All of the main house apart from the cellar and some cupboards. Not the flat at the back. Other things to note The Wifi has just been upgraded to a unlimited 4g network to get the best speed. We are currently trying to extend through the house but the main living area has coverage.
