Charming spacious barn with mountain views & pool

The barn is a big space just for two, dramatic double height sitting room with magical views from the terrace. Set in its own grounds, fantastic for bird watching and walking in the sierrra. Lovely pool surrounded by the landscape of natural boulders and foilage. Wifi is available. Dogs are 30 euros per stay The space THE BARN is situated in its own 1 hectare grounds with a sunny aspect and views across the olive groves and up to the peaks of the mountain. There is a spacious double height sitting room and dining area with stairs to a big 1st floor bedroom. The whole space is heated by a wood burning stove in the cooler months. The bathroom has a roomy shower and views of the meadow. The kitchen is well equipped with gas hob and oven, fridge, washing machine, lots of utensils and attractive table wear. There are French windows from the sitting room leading to a long covered terrace for outside dining with barbecue, lovely views of thew mountain peaks and to a shady area under a copse of holm oaks in the pastue, perfect for siestas and bird watching, Eagle owls can be seen at dusk. Private entrance and parking. Access to swimming pool through small gate and along path. Guest access The whole house is just for you, it is surrounded by 1 hectare of private grounds with its own entrance so our guests enjoy complete privacy and tranquility . Other things to note The pool is open from May 15 We allow dogs if you bring their own beds and can ensure that they are well trained and will not go on the bed, sofas or the carpets. The barn finca is walled with a stone wall and gates which will keep most dogs inside. There is a small extra charge per stay of €30 per dog for up to 2 dogs per stay.
