The space The Villa has a large terrace with porch around the whole house with private pool and BBQ. It has 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed King Size XL, 2 with double bed), living / dining room with Vodafone TV and free Wi-Fi. Complete bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning hot / cold throughout the house. Excellent location in residential area of Son Ferrer next to Port Adriano (Calvià), 5min from the beach, golf and shops. Bed linen and a set of 2 towels (big & little) per person are included. If your stay is longer than 7 nights, we will provide you an extra set of towels and additional bed linen without cost. On the terrace/porch there is a dining area and another to relax with sofas and a chill out area. The pool is private and has sunbeds for sunbathing. There is a solarium area with great views. Upon request we can provide baby cots and other additional services without any extra costs. Guest access Excellent location in residential area of Son Ferrer next to Port Adriano (Calvià) 5min from the beach, golf and shops. It has private parking. Fridays there is local market. Nearby there are famous and clean beaches such as the Mago, Portals Vells, several GOLF courses and the PORT ADRIANO Nautical Port. Easy connection with Palma, 15min by car by motorway and 20min from the airport. There are bus & taxis stops nearby that connect to any side, beaches, golf, shopping center etc. Near to Palmanova, Magaluf and Santa Ponsa (5-10min by car). At 5min by car, there are the famous Western Water Park where you can enjoy a perfect family day. The whole house is available to enjoy. Other things to note IMPORTANT: We may be obliged to collect the city tax from the guests upon arrival at the Villa (2,20 Euro per person/day over 16 years). This tax will be paid by Pay.Pal or bank transfer before your check-in. In addition will come our maintenance man for cleaning the pool and watering the plants. Check-in and check-out are flexible if it's possible by request. In high season check-in would be from 16h and check-out at 10h maximum.
