Warm, luminous, it is nestled on the top of a hill, amidst a genuine completely preserved natural environment. A particularly quiet, peaceful area, at the end of a nice little lane lined with dry stone walls. Drawn straight out from a fairy tale, as it were, this cottage combines the traditional charm of ancient stones with modern comfort and luxury in a very romantic 19th century atmosphere. Single storey house, it offers a fully equipped open kitchen, with a lovely view on the swimming pool, a typical cévenol living-room with a fireplace, HiFi, home cinema, WiFi ... A very pleasant patio, with large bay windows looking out on a beautiful landscape, leads to the four bedrooms. Each room offers its own peculiar romantic atmosphere with bedding and bed linen in conformity with 4 to 5 stars hotel standards ( Treca Palace, Lin Vosges ). Two hectares of enchanting Mediterranean gardens, in an Alice in Wonderland way, box tree, dry stone terraced gardens, each one offering its own particular universe, a gazebo in the shade of a centenarian oak, fragrancies of rosemary and thyme, singing cicadas, everything here, is an invitation to leisure and dreaming. The panoramic view on the Séranne and the Cévennes mountains is gorgeous and you will be able to enjoy a drink while admiring a beautiful sunset before diving into the mysteries of the Milky Way ... Beautiful swimming pool (8x4) in a shrine of flowers and tree, fully secured by a fence and an alarm, ping pong table, barbecue ... For nature lovers, the house is situated in a Natura 2000 and ZNIEFF area with many protected species. Numerous hiking and cycling trails with lovely walks from the house. Bathing and canyoning, ten minutes away, in les Gorges de l'Hérault, les Gorges de la Buèges or les Gorges de la Vis (among the most beautiful ones in Europe), Pic Saint-Loup Gliding Center, paragliding, climbing ...
