'La Riggiola' Ancient farmhouse

Our residence is an ancient stone house immersed in the green hills of Salerno, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the south coast of the city, up to Punta Licosa. A place far from the chaos where you can enjoy the sounds and colours of nature even if only a few minutes from the city centre. The house has been completely renovated, ideal for families but also for couples of friends. The kitchen is not equipped with a hob but on request it is possible to have an induction hob. The space The house is on two levels accessed through a private courtyard. On the ground floor there is a large living room with cousine and bathroom. Upstairs the 'Room Positano' and the 'Room Punta Licosa, both equipped with a sofa bed that can be turned into a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with large walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and courtesy set. Each room is separated by a door and has its own air conditioning and heating. Both apartments are complete with sheets and towels and each of them has a sea view, with a balcony and a window. We have free wi-fi connection in all rooms. Guest access Guests have access to the house through a private courtyard. Guests can use the living room on the ground floor as a common area. In the living room there is a toilet available for guests. IT IS PREFERABLE TO HAVE A CAR TO MOVE IN FULL INDEPENDENCE Other things to note We will do everything possible to meet your needs and we will be happy to provide you with all the useful information about the area. .Our house is located in a strategic position because, despite being close to the city centre, it offers guests the opportunity to relax away from the chaos, enjoying the green hills of Salerno and a splendid sea view.
