Your exclusive private room with private bathroom is located on the second floor of a detached, modern and quiet single-family home in Alsbach on Bergstraße. Breakfast is included. The region offers you the perfect blend of urban proximity and rural tranquility: Nature invites you to hike, cycle, jog and linger & large cities such as Frankfurt, Darmstadt or Heidelberg are easily accessible both by public transport and by private car. The space The large private room on the third floor of the house is equipped with everything you need for a short vacation, a stay as a student or as a business traveler. The modernly furnished daylight bathroom with a large bathtub and separate shower is located directly opposite on your floor and invites you to relax in the evening after a nice day. The living/dining area of the spacious room offers you all the amenities (including Netflix & Amazon Prime TV and a selection of DVDs) to end the evening in a relaxed way, have dinner together or read a book on the cozy bed (140 x 200 cm). Your room is also equipped with a desk, microwave, kettle, tea, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery as well as a wardrobe and luggage rack. Thanks to electric shutters, you can completely darken the private room or protect it from sunlight. The kitchen on the ground floor of the house is available for shared use if necessary. We offer you a free dishwashing service for your used dishes. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Guest access Through the shared entrance you enter the open corridor area of the house, from which the shared staircase leads to the second floor. Dear guest, please note that the hosts live in the same house. The second floor of the house is available for you as accommodation. During your stay We are available for you personally, by phone, email or WhatsApp at any time and are happy to assist you with tips and answers to questions. Other things to note Included in the overnight price is a varied breakfast, which will be brought to your own floor in the morning by arrangement. Feel free to express breakfast requests in advance; we can also prepare a vegetarian or vegan breakfast on request.
