There is a lot of construction in Hafjell :-) This building is finished and ready and the apartment was completed in May 2021. If you look past the bike trails and cross-country trails - then you will see beautiful mountains! All the way to Skeikampen, Synnfjell, Spåtidn and Jotunheimen. You have a view of Mosetertoppen Ski Stadium. Short walk (1 km) to Skavlen Restaurant and Favn, and 360/Gondola and all the lifts. Access trails to Hafjell alpine center via the illuminated trail in winter and nice bike routes in summer. Cross-country skiing: You can ski in via the cross-country ski trails to lift-N-Backyard. Or go to Utsikten and ski to Skavelen. If you have small children or a snowboard, it is recommended to take the car to Skavelen and park outside Favn. There is a children's lift, cafe, warm room, ski rental, afterski and delicious pizza at Favn. Ski in: via Moseterheisen and slope no. 90 back to Mosetertoppen ski stadium. 15 min down to Hunderfossen, to Lilleputthammer, grocery store, liquor store and sports shop in Øyer city center. We think you have everything you need :-) Short distance to Lillehammer, to Jorekstad swimming pool which has both outdoor and indoor pools, and fun slides for the kids. Hafjell Bikepark rents downhill bikes and electric trail bikes for both children and adults. Waffles on the pastures in the mountains. Idyllic! The apartment has good dining chairs, new mattresses, modern style, two armchairs to rest after an excursion down the valley or up the mountain. Well-equipped kitchen with fresh equipment and spa feeling in the bathroom! You can use the washing machine with your own detergent. You can light the fireplace with your own firewood. In the winter you need a good bag of wood for heat, and the floor heating only provides a basic heat, and wood heating provides the rest. The fireplace is easy to use and provides a lot of comfort and warmth. There is a convenient drying system in the storage room and available shelves for shoes and ski boots - perfect for an active family. Ski storage is not built yet, but it is coming. Bicycles are parked outside and are not taken inside. It is possible to borrow the outdoor crane and hose to wash the bikes outside. Our view to the south-west and over the ski stadium is beautiful! Cabin feeling and inside that looks in to you as we are shielded on the 2nd floor :-) Guest access Mosetertoppen Ski Stadium has a light track and is a roller ski track in the summer. Here you will also find Matbuktikk-Joker, Sport1 and the delicious Italian restaurant HEV. Ice rink for children too! Mosetertoppen SKI STADIUM where we are, is about 1 km from Hafjell Skavelen FAVN, Mosetertoppen Center which is the top of the Gondola. Ski in/Ski out to the alpine slope via access trails via the ski stadium and down to Backyard, or you can go to Utsikten and ski down to Mosetertoppen Ski Stadium/FAVN/Skavelen from there. Hafjell Bikepark is known for its Downhill biking. Parking Parking behind the apartment building with free parking for 2 cars. A space in front of our shed and a space next to it. Beds, duvets and pillows are included for 7 people. There is a dining area for 7 people, but it is cramped around the dining table for 7 people. Best for 6 people. New and longer dining table is in place than the one in the pictures. A sofa and two armchairs, which is best suited for 5 people and tight for 7 people. It's important that you know this before you rent. The TV is a smart TV and you can log in to all your streaming services. Moccamaster filter coffee. You must bring your own - bed linen, sheets, towels, - cloths, - napkins, toilet paper - dried food, spices, - hand soap, - candles, tea lights and cube lights are best - Laundry detergent - filter coffee - firewood for cosiness and warmth in winter. Calculate a small backpack for a weekend. - Electric charging for a fee There is available salt, salt & pepper, simple cooking oil. The rest you have to bring with you :-) Children's books and board games can be used and cleaned up after you! Private property in the apartment should not be used. You have to buy firewood yourself! Outdoor regular power outlet at the front door. Outdoor water hose for rinsing bicycles is installed as needed - contact me for this. The apartments are brand new and well equipped with nice furniture and good kitchen equipment. Speaker for music and free WiFi! We think you have everything you need :-) Other things to note Cleaning fee is in addition to the rental price. If you use the oven for large meals and dishes, you should wash the food soiling after you. Bring firewood. Remember to empty the ash in the fireplace. You take the garbage and the deposit - and clean up and make it look nice. Empty the ashtray. Report if an accident has occurred and any damage occurs. Remember that you have to buy firewood and laundry detergent yourself. If you want to charge the electric car, we will arrange it as long as you pay for the electricity fee on the electric car.
