Poble Nou is a typical and quiet neighborhood, with quaint streets full of cozy places to eat, drink and immerse yourself in Barcelona's life. The space The apartment is located in a building inhabited by both locals and tourists. It's modern, with an open kitchen and adjoining living room. The kitchen is fully stocked. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The living room has a sofa bed, AC and TV. In addition, the apartment offers Wi-Fi and a balcony with beautiful city views. In short, it is fully equipped to enjoy a wonderful vacation. It is important to note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and the building does not have an elevator. Other things to note The minimum age required to check in is 23 years, unless it is families accompanied by children. It is not allowed to check in on the different day that was booked. The reservation will be cancelled and without the right to reimbursement. Your arrival time determines how you will receive the keys. You will have to go through the office in the historic center of Barcelona or an agent will take the keys directly to the apartment.
