It is located in the heart of a clearing in one of the largest forests in France, located 30 minutes from Rouen, 30 minutes from the sea and 2 hours from Paris. Completely renovated in 2017, it has 6 recent beds and is equipped with all modern comforts. The space The house has on the ground floor a large living room opening onto a well-equipped kitchen. A wood burning stove brings you warmth and conviviality in the evening. Upstairs, it offers 5 beds divided into 2 bedrooms. An extra bed is in the hallway. The first bedroom has a 140cm double bed. The second has a double bed of 160cm and a single bed of 80cm. They both have storage for your belongings. A crib is also present in the house. Opposite the first bedroom, one bathroom with large bathtub. Access from the second bedroom, a shower room. The house has sanitary facilities on the ground floor and upstairs. Guest access You have access to the whole house (except the basement) and the garden. You do not have access to outbuildings or other houses on the property.
