Terrace, garden furniture. Exceptional view of the plain, the hills, the vineyards and the village from several points on the estate. Walking and mountain biking trails right outside the door. Possibility to discover and visit local wine cellars. Cleaning fee for pets €90, only 1 pet accepted. Nearest beach: L'Aygade in Hyères Les Palmiers (15 km). You'll appreciate the 3Bd, each with its own private BA. Ground floor: Living room with kitchen area, three large bedrooms with character: one double bedroom (140 cm bed + sofa bed), one double bedroom (140 cm bed + sofa bed), one twin bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and a sofa bed. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with its own BA, separate WC, and TV. Two additional people are accepted with a supplement of €28 per day and per person (sleeping on a sofa bed). Heat pump convector heating in every room and reversible air-conditioning in all rooms (Bds and living room). Electricity based on actual usage. Wheelchair access to rooms.
