The space Beautiful rural Vermont surrounds our 200 year old farmhouse. Sunny master bedroom has private entrance, measures a spacious 14'x24' with large windows on the north, east and south side. Includes queen sized bed plus double futon couch, comfortable sitting area, high ceilings, original pine floors, and fireplace; short private hall leads to private full bath. Small spare bedroom with single bed is also available for rent. Our humble and small organic farm is privately situated two miles on a town maintained dirt road, just minutes to the quaint towns of Putney and Brattleboro where farmers markets, art galleries, bookstores, antique stores, unique gift shops, and cafes thrive. We are approximately 45 minutes to Stratton 35 to Ludlow, minutes to private schools and colleges. Whether you'd like to explore the rivers, lakes, go hiking, kayaking, biking, skating, swimming, snowshoeing, sledding, downhill or cross country skiing, site seeing, college touring, shopping, or dining, we can help. One or two bedrooms plus private full bath will accommodate 1-4 people. Rates dependent upon number of people and rooms rented. Internet, parking, movie library. We have horses, chickens, and honey bees. We have outside kennels for canine companions: pastures and run-in sheds for equines (prior arrangements required: no dogs allowed in the rented rooms.)
