18th century house, fully renovated and air-conditioned

Village house of 320 m2 of the 18th century in stone of the Gard fully renovated and air-conditioned. Composed of 5 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, our house sleeps 10 very pleasantly. We just got it completely renovated to give you the perfect setting for a successful vacation. Tree garden, with below, a large 15x5m pool, pool house, tennis pitch and boules track and several stone bbq. The space The house is part of a winery but you have total independence. The courtyard is common but there is usually little passageway. We can make you taste our wines and show you around the cellar if you are interested! Ideally located in a quiet location in the heart of the village with all the shops nearby, at an equivalent distance between Nîmes and Avignon, five minutes from Pont du Gard and the motorway exit, and 20 minutes from Uzès and its famous market of Herb Square and the Haribo Museum! Our house will be the ideal setting for your holiday for families or with friends. You can all find yourself in a large bright living room with a beautiful through fireplace, all overlooking a large terrace that overlooks the gardens and pool. This terrace has a beautiful Gard stone BBQ. You can then access the night rooms and bathrooms, through a large corridor that loosens on your right, a small living room, then a first bedroom on your left with a view and access to the main terrace. This room is equipped with a double bed in 160 cm x 2m and a large dressing room. It has private access to a large Andalusian bathroom equipped with two basins, a large round bath, a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. We then access through the main hallway a bathroom with shower, double vanity and toilet, then a bedroom equipped with two 90 cm x 2 m beds. Finally, a last bedroom equipped with a double bed 160 cm x 2 m and a large library. This room overlooks a large bathroom “cement tiles”, with double vanity and bathtub with shower wall and separate toilet. The set overlooks either the courtyard of the estate or the terrace and garden. The set is completely enclosed by walls. The main terrace extends to a secondary terrace and a slightly separate wing of the house. This annex is composed of two bedrooms. One equipped with two single beds in 90 and the other with a double bed 160cm x 2m with a small adjoining dressing room. Bathroom with walk-in shower and two vanities and a separate toilet is between the two bedrooms. This annex opens onto a terrace equipped with a table and stone armchairs in Le Gard. The house is fully air-conditioned and offers all the comforts you need. The kitchen is fully equipped. Large American fridge and freezer, stovetop, rotating heat oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, and an annex that will allow you to store your supplies and/or suitcases. The house is on the first floor of the Domaine and overlooks two large terraces. It is accessed through the courtyard of the Domaine thanks to a stone staircase. At the zero level is the parking area on one side and a first garden on the other side. The 15 x 5 m swimming pool, tennis, bowling alley and pool house are located below level -1. The pool, tennis court, boules and pool cover are on the lower level down the metal stairs. You will be quiet to spend days cool with your feet in the water. The pool is equipped with an alarm but children must be placed under the strict supervision and responsibility of the parents. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the house and its exteriors are spread over three levels and that this may involve risks and constraints for people with limited or uncertain mobility such as small children. The terrace from the bottom to the pool is also equipped with a Gard stone table and benches and a large stone barbecue. The pool house is equipped to allow you to organize your meals in the lower part of the property. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the whole house, pool and all the facilities described in the listing. Other things to note We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the house and its facilities are spread over three levels. It is therefore not appropriate if you have health problems or toddlers for safety reasons. On the other hand, weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
