Nestled in a field 5 miles from the Yorkshire Moors, this old barn has been skilfully converted into a luxury cottage in the heart of Hutton Rudby, North Yorkshire. With views of the hills and plenty of local walks and nature reserves on our doorstep (such as the stunning Coul Beck going through the village, or public footpaths to surrounding villages such as Potto and Swainby), you're only a 10 minute drive to the Yorkshire Moors for incredible views of the area along the famous Cleveland Way. The space This contemporary and spacious accommodation features underfloor heating, an open plan kitchen/dining and living area, original exposed high-ceiling beams, a wood burning stove and plenty of natural light. As well as access to the barn, you will have a private outdoor seating area with views of the fields by a flowery long-stretching pergola - perfect for breakfast and evening drinks! Please note that we live on site, with the barn being attached to our main house, around 30 metres away. We have two friendly dogs and an even friendlier cat, as well as hens and sheep in the fields. Because of the large amounts of space, they are easily avoided if you'd prefer.
