Thanks! This is a cottage in a fenced area of ​​7 acres, fully independent providing plenty of privacy. It can easily and comfortably accommodate 4 people in two separate bedrooms. But if you are a family keep in mind that the second bedroom is located in the down level of the house connected with exterior staircases with the upper level, which is actually the main house. (Accommodation for more than 4 adults or 2 adults with 2 children is not recommended). The house is just above the beach (unknown to the general public, which makes it almost private). Direct access in 150meters with a path through the property. Sandy, clean, child friendly sea. An ideal destination for couples, family, groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday, for those who love the sea, nature, tranquility of the countryside, swimming and fishing. THE HOUSE The layout of the house is on two separate levels, which are joined by an external stone staircase • The upper level 60m², which is actually the main house, includes: an open space consisting of a bedroom with a large double bed and a living room with sofas, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with shower, plus a wonderful 20m² terrace. • The lower level 20μ², which is the additional auxiliary room, includes: bedroom, equipped kitchenette and private bathroom with shower, plus terrace 15μ² THE EXTERIOR AREAS Plot of 7 acres with rich vegetation & a wide variety of trees and plants - olives, pines, almond trees, oaks, aromatic plants and flowers. Plenty of outdoor spaces properly landscaped with impressive panoramic views. Shading pergola with dining area. Plenty of garden furniture. Stone oven (BBQ). Shady parking. Two outdoor showers. Beach umbrellas and sunbeds, etc. ACTIVITIES Swimming, fishing, water sports (ideal for windsurfing in the afternoon), hiking, renting boats for trips to nearby destinations (eg Sporades, Trikeri, Pelion, etc.), nudism WHY TO BOOK WITH US :) The special advantages of this hideaway are its unique location, the surrounding area and the fact that is really a place for relaxation and contact with nature. Complete privacy and a sense of absolute freedom & the closest house on the beach in the whole area, with your own sandy crystal clear sea, one of the most "hidden" you will find. The house promises a unique holiday experience for those seeking tranquility away from the crowds. At the same time you can find everything in just 5 minutes by car - mini markets, tavernas and tsipouro restaurants with fresh fish & seafood, coffee bars, shops, etc. (See information in the section "neighborhood"). Guest access Guests have full access to the whole property and all that is consists. The residence is booked exclusively ! Other things to note INTERNET We encourage our guests to enjoy an internet detox in such a place! Unfortunately at the moment there is no WiFi in the house. But the signal for all telecom providers is very good (for mobiles & tablets via 3G-4G) If wi-fi is really important to you (eg. work from home), we recommend that you bring portable/pocket wifi with you or find other ways to connect to a laptop (like portable mobile hotspot - almost available on all latest technology mobiles / sim card etc.) WATER The water is suitable for any use but not potable. As a valuable commodity, we make sure to use it wisely and conscientiously. Thanks in advance ACCESS Please note that in order to reach this little piece of paradise you will need to drive at the end of your destination 1km of rural road unpaved and then 200m dirty road that leads to the entrance of the house. With a little caution all cars are suitable and can easily reach the house, but a small & tall 4x4 car (like for example "Fiat Panda" which is a usual option at rental cars) is the ideal and most convinient option.
