Peaceful cabin/house 30 min. from Oslo

Perfect for those who want to get away from it all and just relax. Or...pick wild summer berries, fossick for mushrooms among the autumnal leaves, watch moose and deer wander through the garden in winter, or enjoy the blossoming garden in spring. The space A sunny two-bedroom fully-renovated cottage plus an annex with guest room, only 30 minutes from Oslo centre. The expansive deck on the south side captures the sun all day long, and the decks at the front of the cottage and the annex capture the evening sun. Guest access Guests have access to the main cabin which includes two bedrooms (one single and one double), the lounge/dining area, a separate galley kitchen and bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a single bed in the second bedroom. In addition, there is a good quality sofa bed in the lounge. In addition, there is an annex 15 metres from the main cabin with a single bed. There is also a folding baby cot with mattress. In total, there is adequate accommodation for six people and an infant. The other two rooms of the annex are used as storage by the owners. The garden, orchard and vegetable/herb patches are accessible to guests.. Other things to note Situated on the edge of the forest, the cottage is private, and quiet. There is an orchard on site and berries to be picked when in season, both in the garden and in the forest. In late summer and throughout autumn there are seasonal mushrooms to be found throughout the forest. In winter, there is wood supplied for use in the combustion oven in the cottage. NOTE: PARKING: There is space for two average sized cars on the property . There is NO space available for larger vehicles or trailers either on or near the property. The area is an old holiday cabin area and there is no 'extra space' available.
