Allerton Cottage

Allerton Cottage is a pretty period Cotswold cottage full of charm and character. Beamed ceilings and a roaring log fire make this a cosy and romantic cottage. Family friendly with a large garden for children to play in and run around. The Cottage is situated on the High Street close to the local church. The space The front door opens into a small hallway, with hanging space for coats and stairs to first floor. Go through the door on the left and down a small step into the sitting/dining room, which has a working fireplace. The dining area has a table and four chairs. Off this area is the very well equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, gas hob with an electric single oven and a microwave. Go up one step into the conservatory which has a fridge and washer/dryer. The stairs in the hall lead up to the first floor bedroom, it has a five foot wide bed, bedside table, dressing table and built in wardrobe. The bathroom is on this floor. In it you will find a large bath with overhead shower, basin and toilet. A second narrow and steep staircase leads to the second floor twin bedroom with two single, full size, iron framed beds, bedside table and hanging space with hangers for clothes. This staircase would prove difficult for the elderly or guests with mobility problems.
