Located in Madison Valley, across the street from the Arboretum, the unit has a separate garden entrance with ample street parking in a quiet neighborhood. Major bus lines only 4 blocks away take you to Capitol Hill, Downtown, UW and the Central District in less than 20 minutes. Strong WiFi and Netflix. Perfect for 1 or 2 people - all backgrounds are welcome in my home. The space These are two rooms that are on the ground floor of my house and that open out to the back garden. The rooms, a living/kitchen room, and a bedroom with a bathroom, are accessed from an entrance separate from the main house. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave and accompanying plates, silverware and serving ware. There is a strong wi-fi connection, television with cable and Netflix, HBO, and Amazon Prime. Although the space is ideal for one or two, there is also a couch that would sleep one and extra blankets. As well, there are books, games and puzzles. Guests will be granted access to adjacent washer and dryer if requested. The neighborhood is quite, yet centrally located. Guest access Guests will have access to both rooms: Living/kitchen area and bedroom/bath. Other things to note I have two dogs that are friendly and will not bother you - only a problem if there is an allergy to dogs. This apartment is on the ground floor of my house and sits right under my bedroom and my son's bedroom and so if you are looking for a place where you can make lots of noise until late in the night, this might not be a good spot for you. :-) If you’re wanting to bring your pet, exceptions can be made to the “no pets” rule as long as the pets are quiet and do not get on the bed or couch.
