Cottage in Koudekerke

In the village center of Koudekerke is our farm "Hof Zeldenrust". It is an authentic farmhouse in peace. Where you can enjoy your vacation. On this farm, we have a lovely vacation apartment that we offer for rent. The space Our cottage "Grietje" was completely renovated in 2025. The walls, floor and roof are now well insulated. Of course, the floor also has underfloor heating. In addition, all windows and garden doors have been replaced with double-glazed frames. This way, you can also enjoy our cottage Grietje comfortably when the temperature decreases and the Zeeland wind blows past the cottage. The living room is attractively decorated and includes a sitting area with a double sofa, table and LED TV. Furthermore, in this room there is also the dining table with 3 chairs. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, induction hob, coffee maker and kettle. Of course, all other attributes of plates, bowls, colander, cutlery, bottle opener, soup spoon, mugs, glasses, pans etc... are present. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets and a kitchen towel set. But we have also thought about safety, the cottage is equipped with a fire alarm, fire blanket and a first aid kit. In the bathroom, you will find the shower and a sink with mirror/cabinet. The toilet is in a separate room. The bedroom has 2 single box springs that you can slide against each other if desired. And there is a closet with a hanging and a laying section. We always make sure that the beds are already made for you. So you can immediately enjoy your well-deserved vacation. In the closet, you will find a towel package. The apartment is equipped for 2 people, and it is possible to place a baby cot for children up to a year or 2 on request. We also provide a high chair, plastic tableware and some toys. Next to the apartment is a private playground that you can use if you wish. Outside the apartment, you have your own terrace with a seat. There is also a collapsible drying rack available. Because the cottage is on a spacious plot, you can enjoy privacy. Guest access You can park your car in the parking space reserved for you near the accommodation.
