Cosy self catering, 2 bedroom (1 king/1 twin) barn conversion. Situated in Wressle village on our arable farm. Padel courts on site. A few minutes drive from the beautiful market town of Howden (J37 M62). York (30 minute drive/20 mins to nearest Park & Ride bus at McArthur Glen), Leeds, Beverley, Hull, Doncaster, Selby are all less than an hours drive away. Drax 20 mins. Bridlington is 1 hour away. Ideally situated for a holiday or short break. 3 cottages are available. This listing is for one. The space 1 of 3 self catering cottages situated on our arable farm. Each cottage comprises an upstairs open plan galleried bedroom with a very comfy, good quality kingsize bed. 2 covered padel courts available to hire. Bookings via Playtomic. Rackets and balls are free to borrow. Downstairs is a twin bedroom. There is an open plan kitchen/living area with TV and small breakfast bar (see photos). The downstairs bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. Patio doors open from the downstairs living area with stunning views across the farm. 2 dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, please add when booking. Please don’t leave unattended. Please note the Fenced gardened is not secure to keep dogs in. We ask that dogs stay downstairs and not in the bedrooms. Each cottage has its own garden with picnic table. In front of the cottages there is a large grassed area. Perfect for children to run around or the grown ups to play football! There is also plenty of tarmac for children to ride bikes/scooters. We do provide outdoor children's toys, pedal tractors, scooters etc. Also an outdoor all weather chalk board. Please also see our website for special offers and discounts. There are fishing lakes and golf courses close by. The beautiful market town Howden is just 10 minutes away. Heating is provided via our biomass boiler. Wi-Fi is included, towels, bedding and hairdryers are provided. A few basics to get you started are also included (washing up liquid, tea, coffee, washing machine powder). Grange Farm Cottages are an ideal base for a holiday, romantic weekend or family break. We are also very well located for business/contract workers. Howden, Brough, Selby, Doncaster, Goole and Drax power station are all close by. Travel cot available to hire. Highchair and children's indoor and outdoor toys are all available on request. (48 hours notice needed). Please enquire if the dates you require aren't available. This listing is for 1 cottage but we do have 3 cottages. All 3 can be booked together for group parties, totaling 12 people. Guest access You have access to the large grassed area in front of your cottage as well as your own private garden in front of your cottage. The garden to the right at the other side of the fence is private. Other things to note We are a working arable farm. No livestock but there will be tractors working in the fields sometimes. 2 dogs are very welcome, please let us know if you are bringing a dog. Please keep them downstairs and not in the bedrooms. We also ask that you don’t leave your dog unattended in the cottage. 2 padel courts are available to hire on site. We do have CCTV in operation for the farm and cottages.
