Stunning farm location Shepherds Hut sleeps two

Oxton Hill Hideaway Paddock View is a charming shepherds hut on an rural equestrian farm. With amazing views for miles it has its own kitchenette, double bed, ensuite bathroom & enclosed garden/patio. Love the fabulous log burning stove and basket of logs. Toast marshmallows around a fire pit. Explore bridle paths on the farm which link to neighbouring villages or visit the historic Minster town of Southwell. We are dog friendly (small cleaning charge). All linen is provided too. Adult only. The space Everything is provided in the hut that you would need so just bring yourselves. Catering facilities include a combination microwave, induction hob, kettle and toaster and a gas BBQ is available to hire. WiFi is available near the farm house but does not cover the whole farm and huts. The super comfy double bed has a warm thick duvet with extra pillows. All bedding and towels are provided. There is a cosy log burning stove with logs and firelighters included (more logs available to buy on site), plus an oil heater too. The ensuite bathroom includes a shower, WC and basin. Also in the hut is a box of board games for you to play. This hut has an lovely enclosed garden so is ideal for guests with dogs. There is a doggie welcome pack in the hut including rugs, bowls, and even a treat! There is a small additional cleaning charge of £10 payable on arrival for guests with dogs. Multiple dogs may be charged for. A dog damage may be required. Guest access Guests can explore the farm footpaths and woods. Other things to note This is a working farm so sometimes there will be tractors working, and hay being cut. We do have chickens and ducks who are very friendly plus we have our own dogs.
