Typical dwelling in the village

A life experience according to the rhythms of a medieval village marked by the sound of bells, in canonical hours, from the bell tower of the nearby church. And in the evening, with the beauty of the nearby cities of art still fresh in your mind, a moment of relaxation in the garden and on the terraces, amidst the scent of lemons. The space The apartment is in the historic center of the medieval village of Loro Ciuffenna, in a small square from which you can see (and hear…) the church bells. The building's structure, in stone, on three floors, dates back to 1869. It has four apartments, each with its own entrance and utilities, two of which are occupied by the owners. Two apartments are available for guests. Shared garden with two large terraces, equipped with tables and chairs. In the garden there is a rustic kitchen with fireplace, kitchenette, fridge, espresso and cappuccino machine, table and chairs, cooking utensils. The apartment is large and bright: on the ground floor, accessed through a wrought iron door, there is a lovely living room. On the first floor, a wooden staircase leads to a spacious kitchen-living room. A hallway opens onto it, through which you can access the bathroom, with a shower stall, and the first bedroom with three beds. Another bedroom opens onto the living room. The furniture is that of grandparents: wrought iron beds (be careful, they are high…as they were a hundred years ago), chests of drawers and bedside tables in authentic wood. Nothing in Baroque style or anything else, but everything very essential, linked to country architecture. In summary: five beds, kitchen with fridge and everything you need to cook, linen included. In the same building, with independent entrance and heating, you can rent another apartment with one bedroom for a total of 7/8 beds.
