On the inside, beams are retained with added comfort of under floor heating, a designer kitchen and Aga Rangemaster cooker. The principal bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a further family bathroom (with bath) off the hall. The second bedroom is down a short flight of stairs. The entire property is subjected to a deep clean between bookings. Outside, the property is surrounded by fields. The space South facing patio with Weber BBQ and view down the paddock. External lighting for alfresco evenings if the weather is warm enough. On the North side are views of the courtyard, stables and horses. A 15 minute walk through the fields gets you to the Falcon public house. Stratford on Avon, Warwick, Oxford and Siverstone are all relatively nearby. The property is on the Eastern edge of the Cotswolds if you want to go exploring. Slightly further afield, both The Falcon public house and The National Herb Centre have children’s play areas. The Barn is equipped with a travel cot, high chair, stair gate and children’s crockery and cutlery.
