Perfectly Located on Manasota Key with Close Beach to Bay Access

Please Note: Jan thru Apr 2027 are now booked! Englewood Beach is located on beautiful Manasota Key, a barrier island located about 40 minutes south of Sarasota and 90 minutes north of Naples. Manasota Key offers a comfortable and relaxing environment that is unlike the high-rise hustle and bustle of Florida's east coast. Our Live Oak Landings condominium is just a short walk across the street from one of Florida's most pristine beaches, and located on Lemon Bay. Restaurants, beach bars with live entertainment and convenience stores are also just a short walk from the condominium. (Some locations may still be under repair in 2025, from previous storms) Sport fishing, boat and kayak rentals, jet skiing, and bike rentals are all available, less than a mile away. Theaters, major shopping, and fine dining can all be found within a 20-minute drive to Venice or Port Charlotte. There is a Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants and other local shopping within minutes of the unit, as well. Fish from our dock on Lemon Bay, or bring your small boat (max 18’), which may be docked at one of our slips for up to two weeks at a time. Please provide advance notice if you wish to reserve a slip. Our waters are home to exotic wildlife and some of the finest fishing in Florida. If you prefer, take a dip in our beautiful pool, hunt for shark teeth on our beautiful beaches, bike around the Key, or just curl up with that favorite novel, but be sure to catch a relaxing Florida sunset each evening on the beach. The condominium is fully appointed with all the comforts of home and is maintained in excellent condition. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is even a small dumbwaiter for assistance with your luggage and groceries. A large carport and garage offer plenty of room for your gear. There are bicycles, fishing gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, kids toys, coolers, a beach cart for bringing your items to the beach. PLEASE NOTE: Our condo has NEVER experienced any storm damage, since being built. It is in a safe and well protected area of our complex.
