This property is located in the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside. The cottage is located next to the main house at Coombe Hill. These newly furbished cottage rooms are adjoining and accommodate a party of 3 (4 upon request) - two bedrooms and 1 private ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom. The second room is located above the first room, both within their own private area of the cottage. Should you wish to use two rooms as single occupancy a linen fee of £70 would be applied. The space **Guests staying within the cottage will have their morning breakfast / any other dining over at the main house, located 20m away along the adjoining path. The host offers many additional extras: -Morning freshly brewed Coffee or Tea -Breakfast: cereals, porridge, fruit, yoghurt etc.) Plant-based and gluten-free options are readily available for both food and drink. Additional charges apply should guests request a Full English Breakfast. - Afternoon Tea with homemade jam & cakes - Price on request. Healthy, clean living options. Fresh local produce is carefully sourced. All dietary requirements are accommodated too, and please make the host aware of any before arrival. Guest access Parking is excellent. Huge open gravel driveway within easy access of the cottage. The property is set far away from any public roads behind electric gates. Please let the host know how many vehicles will be arriving. Other things to note The hostess's elderly parents occupy the Cottage - the Airbnb rooms are hidden away with a separate staircase accessed through the main Cottage kitchen. The bedrooms have stunning panoramic views of the Oxfordshire countryside. Tea and coffee facilities are provided in the room. King size bed in Master & small double with an additional single bed in the attic room. Sleep two in the master room and two in the attic room (one small double and one truckle single bed). The two bedrooms share the master rooms en-suite. The room layout is ideal for a family or good friends who don't mind sharing a bathroom! Please make the host aware of how many beds are required at the booking request. Please note this on the request if you ask for two people yet need two bedrooms. Additional linen fee will be applied for two guests in two separate rooms. No children under 12 - please request regarding children before booking.
