The space Welcome to Washed Ashore Condo 239, your family’s beach retreat just a 3-minute walk from the ocean. Relax in the master suite with a king bed, TV, and private bath, unwind in the queen bedroom with its own bath, and let the kids enjoy their own fun space with twin beds, TV, DVD player, and half bath. A pack-and-play crib and booster seat make traveling with little ones easy. With Wi-Fi, cable TV, and elevator access to your 2nd-floor condo, you’ll feel right at home. Step outside to enjoy two pools, kiddie pools, hot tubs, and tennis and pickleball courts. Fire up the grills for a family cookout, or stroll just two blocks to Main Street for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Add in nearby golf, fishing trips, and dolphin cruises, and you’ve got everything you need for an unforgettable North Myrtle Beach getaway! Guest access Important Information: HOA policies -Minimum renter age is 25, and proof of age is required. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be staying in the condo for the duration of the stay. Per HOA policy, failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. -No pets allowed. -Condo is non-smoking. -CHECK-IN 3:00P.M. CHECK-OUT 10:00 A.M (No Exceptions) -Handicap parking available -Electric Cars For safety, electric cars are not allowed to park under the condos. Please use the uncovered parking lot for EVs. Thanks for helping us keep everyone safe! -Elevator access to condo -No motorcycles, trailers, boats, or golf carts brought by renters are allowed per HOA regulations. -Unreturned pool arm bands will result in a $25 replacement charge. -Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures we do not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure. Other things to note Please leave the pool passes on the kitchen bar for the next guests. Any unreturned pool wristbands will incur a $25 replacement fee. If you have dishes in the dishwasher, kindly start it before departing. Check-out time is 10 AM, but if you leave earlier, please send us a quick message so we can notify our cleaning team. We hope you enjoyed your stay and wish you safe travels home!
