"Come a Casa" holiday house

Come a Casa is a vacation home in Rome, recently renovated, welcoming its guests in a modern, post-industrial and refined environment equipped with all amenities. Extremely convenient access to the apartment on the ground floor, it consists of a living area with kitchenette, two double bedrooms with the possibility of single beds, one single bedroom with a French bed and two bathrooms with shower. The space The attention to design and detail, the lights and the furnishings have allowed us to create a very welcoming environment where it remains pleasant to spend time. The complete supply of appliances and accessories for the kitchen and table will facilitate every activity inside the house. Entertainment is ensured by the free Wi-Fi (fiber) network, smart TVs and a series of books available to guests. Guest access All COMMON areas of the house are available to all guests, including the kitchen area, sofa, TV and laundry/dryer area. Other things to note - Upon check-in, if there is a child under the age of 10, the Tourist Tax for the Municipality of Rome, equal to €6.00 per person per night of stay, will be refunded. Residents of the Municipality of Rome are exempt from paying the Tourist Tax, provided they have documents proving their residence. If photos of identification documents have not been sent in advance by email prior to arrival, each guest's identification documents must be presented at check-in. Upon request, for a fee, we can have tickets for the metro and ATAC lines of municipal buses, Roma Passes (48 or 72 hours) waiting for you upon your arrival to get around and visit Rome without limits.
