Upon entering, walk towards the opposite side of backyard and navigate 6 steps to your own NEW private entrance to the lower level of the house. You will have the space all to yourself which includes a private bedroom, bathroom, living&dining area, kitchenette-no stove, but air fryer, microwave, refrigerator, Kurig coffee machine and water dispenser. There are two seperate sleeping areas - the private bedroom has a queen-size bed and the NEW entrance via that bedroom. The living room has a full-size bed and a queen size sleep sofa. You will have access to the outdoor dining and lounging area at the rear of the property which dining table, bar, and comfy seating outside covered area with outside kitchen with grill. Guest access Top-rated, clean and quiet residential neighborhood with several parks, playgrounds, dog park, and restaurants. Easy access on/off and the Southern State Parkway, Cross Island Parkway, Belt Parkway and LIE, if you are driving. Otherwise, you can catch the bus (N1), walk, or a 5 minutes lift/uber ride, and connect to the Long Island Rail Road to the New York city/other boroughs. UBS Arena is less than 10 minutes drive from the house. Green Acres Mall is only 1 miles away and 15 minutes bus ride via the N1 bus, acessibke at the end of the street. Free and easy on street parking at the property. Please be mindful of the noise level especially when coming and going at night. Other things to note Smoking allowed outside of the unit.
