Description
This simple tiny house is located on an organic farm with cows and a pick-your-own garden with vegetables. The tiny house is a 10-minute bike ride from Abcoude train station, from where you can take the train directly to the center of Amsterdam. The tiny house is small in size, the bed is 1.40 x 2.00 m., the ceiling slopes from 1.60 to 2 m. (the door 1.50 m.high).Less suitable for tall people. The house has a compost toilet with sawdust. The shared shower is on a 30 meter walk. The space It is a basic tiny house with everything you need for a short stay (fridge, heating, electric hob, kettle, cold water) and has a beautiful view over the polder. In addition, there are also old bicycles, suitable for cycling to the Abcoude train station. Due to the stairs, the house is not suitable for older people. The house is also small for taller people. If you do not have high demands and you are a "camping" type, then this house is perfectly suitable in terms of price-quality. So do not expect luxury. Guest access The tiny house is of course completely yours. It contains a simple private compost toilet with sawdust. There is a shower in another old wagon on 20 meter walk distance, which are shared with the guests in our second tiny house. Other things to note There is a nice restaurant at our neighbors, called Anna Haen for a nice breakfast or lunch In the summer there are flies on the farm and in the fall mosquitoes. That is why every tiny house has a mosquito net. Bring mosquito spray from August. It also smells different on a farm than in the city. So you get a real country life experience. If you like more luxury, it is wise to book a hotel in Amsterdam. We are 3 kilometers away from Abcoude train station and 4 kilometers from Gein metro station.
