Lots of shopping areas , 15 minutes away from both hospitals Trios and Kadlec. Includes WiFi, cable and all the comforts of a home. This house is located in a quiet and safe community, we live downstairs and guest stay upstairs in the apartment. A two bedroom home fully furnished in a quiet neighborhood. Owners live downstairs unit. Style of home is daylight basement and both units have there own entrance and own space. Guest have their key to their own entrance and parking. I like to welcome guest whenever possible, keys to access the apartment in the key box. Nice quiet and safe neighborhood. Lots of places to see at walking distance.
